We constantly work to improve our mastery of the processes, the level of service and the technology of our solutions through cooperation developed with our customers and suppliers.
Quality at each stage of process
Tests and measurements are made while our products are passing through the production process. From testing of raw material and components, through customer acceptance, all manufacturing steps are regularly audited to eliminate any source of malfunction and loss of productivity. All results and empirically established figures from production and service are continuously incorporated in the development process of new products. Each product leaving the factory is accompanied by the know-how of those who have developed, built and tested it.
Optimum protection of parts produced
A guarantee of GHH-VALDUNES quality, each protective coating used on the products is optimised in accordance with the stresses undergone by the product during use. Temporary coatings (varnishes and greases), taken into account right from the design of the part, thus ensure its perfect protection through to delivery. Other coatings, of paint or resin types, guarantee maximum and permanent protection against mechanical impacts (ballast attacks) or aggressions linked to the environment and the climate (salt deposits for the shuttles and Channel Tunnel High Speed Trains).
Environment policy
Conscious of the environmental impacts of its activities, GHH-VALDUNES has chosen to include protection of the Environment among its main priorities
GHH-VALDUNES therefore undertakes to:
- Comply with the legal requirements applying to each of its production sites
- Operate its installations and conduct its activities while taking into consideration the effective use of energy and natural resources such as water, prevention of pollution and control of waste.
A system of management based on standard ISO 14001 has been set up with the aim of constant improvement of its performances. GHH-VALDUNES seeks to increase the awareness of all personnel in order to make each person responsible as a player in environmental protection, and monitors the impact of its activities on the environment. GHH-VALDUNES encourages its suppliers and subcontractors to adopt its policy, informing them of its actions.
Such a commitment is based on transparency. The information on the environmental aspects linked to the activities of the company is public.
